This Bobrick drop-down grab bar will aid mobility in accessible areas, such as toilets and changing rooms. B-4998.99 handrail withstands up to 226Kg (500 pounds) in horizontal position. Its brushed surface has a peened finish to provide greater grip. The hinged arm that is 735mm long has a 32mm diameter. The bar and the backplate are made of 1.2mm and 5mm thick stainless steel, respectively. Please maintain as the upkeep tips suggest pn the tab below (wash with neutral cleaners). When local building codes require, use concealed backing and mounted screws before the finish face of the wall.
