Installation requirements
All rails must be fixed to a suitable wall substrate to allow correct use to be made of the rails. The Splash Lab recommend that installers contact a fixings specialist for advice to ensure the correct fixings are used for the location. Fixings not included with rail.

This high quality DDA-compliant hinged single-arm grab bar in AISI304 stainless steel is an ideal support device for commercial washrooms. It's been rigorously tested and features an easy-to-use slow-fall mechanism in order not to frighten or injure the user.
A sturdy and durable locking mechanism securely holds the bar in either a vertical or horizontal position, making this dropdown Doc M grab bar both versatile and safe for public washrooms. The fold away hinged grab bar complies with length and strength for DOC M, is easy to pull down and stow up and comes in different colour finishes and correct LRV values to contrast against surrounding walls.
The contemporary finishes are created using use Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD). This process creates coloured stainless steel by coating it with Titanium Ion Plating, which is more environmentally friendly than electro-plating or powder coating. This superior process also improves the performance of stainless steel by increasing its durability and its scratch and corrosion resistance. The 0.5 micron thick coating hardens the surface, giving it good impact strength and making it so durable that protective topcoats are rarely necessary.
