Our Infinity Life Scheme means that we take old units off your hands, and break them down into their components so they can be reused responsibly. Our skilled engineers refurbished, reuse and repurpose to a high standard.

3. Recycle, Reuse
We find the best recycling partners, so we can get as close to zero-to-landfill as possible. Anything that’s not fit for repurposing gets added back into the circular economy.

If a fault occurs within the first year of use, we will either fix the issue or replace the hand dryer for free.
We want you to have complete peace of mind and confidence when you buy from us. We take away all the hassle of any repairs, sending a repair operative quickly and conveniently.

Long guarantees
We give 3-10 year standard guarantees on our products — the best in the industry.
We know that the products we sell are high quality and reliable — and we back it up with a guarantee for our customers. Other retailers will give a 1 or 2 year guarantee, whereas we give up to 10. Mitsubishi hand dryers have a 6 years manufacturer’s warranty. We give 8.
We hope you never need to use the guarantee, but it's good to know it’s there.

Once your product is out of guarantee, you can move over to our annual plan. This means that in the event of a breakdown, we will repair or replace it for no extra cost FOREVER!

We offer a unique, no quibble 90-day returns policy on all our hand dryers.
If a model isn’t working out for you, we’ll work with you to find a better alternative, or accept a return without delay.

Spares
We supply spares for all types of units on the marketplace, not only our own.
We believe that throwing away a perfectly good unit simply due to a faulty sensor or PCB is hugely wasteful, and we’d like to help avoid this whenever possible. So please let us know if you have a problem with a unit out of warranty, and we will do our best to get it sorted for you.
Infinity Life Scheme
Keep your old hand dryers and washroom products out of landfill with our Infinite Life Scheme.
Once your hand dryer has reached the end of its life cycle, our engineers can give it a new lease of life, or break it down into its components to be used again in some way.
No hand dryer should ever end up in a landfill. We reuse valuable components and materials, and save you the hassle of disposal.
Leave it as you found it
You see ‘leave it as you found it’ on signs in public toilets all the time. We liked that phrase a lot, and it’s taken on a new meaning for us.
We do our best as a business to create as little damage as possible, and pledge to tidy up any damage caused by our operations.
We precisely measured our entire scope of carbon emissions for 2020-21 and invested in verified carbon offset projects managed by Climate Partner to offset our emissions.
We also recognise that offsetting is a last resource. Our greatest impact comes from reducing our emissions — and from using our profits to invest in front-line environmental projects.
We intend to leave this world as we found it (or better).
